I am Marzieh, 30 years old, from Iran. I have been living in Glasgow for one year and 10 months. I am very pleased to live in this green, remarkable and wonderful Scottish city.
Communicating with Glaswegians and people of other nationalities helps me experience new opportunities and lets me know more about different lifestyles.
What interests me is gaining a wealth of information, getting to know a variety of people and learning about new cultures and conventions.
My less favourite thing here is the weather, because mostly it is rainy and windy.
One of my aims is to study a course related to health and social care because I really enjoy communicating with a different range of people and I am interested in helping them. I think this subject has encouraged me to work as a volunteer at RST so that I can improve my abilities. I absolutely will try my best in my new role in this helpful charity.
