Many people like to actively support us through fundraising. Each year hundreds of people throughout Scotland take part in or organise events to raise funds. Fundraising for us can be a fun and active way to support refugees and asylum seekers living in Scotland.
Our administration and overhead costs are funded by grants from various trusts, so every pound you donate goes directly to supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Scotland.
There are many different ways you can help and participate:
If you are feeling active, you could run a Marathon, Half Marathon or 10k, take part in a sponsored swim or even the great Pedal for Scotland. Alternatively why not set yourself the challenge of going vegan for a month, or follow the example of GRASS Glasgow University Students and organise a Sleep Out in support of refugees and asylum seekers facing destitution.
You and your team can set up a fundraising page through MyDonate.

Please let us know of any fundraising you plan to do for RST so we can spread the word!
Your Own Personal Event
