Demand for expertise and statistics from RST is fairly constant and comes mainly from the Scottish Refugee Council, Home Office, Department for Work and Pensions, the Oxfam UK Poverty Programme, Poverty Alliance and others. Information from RST is used to improve service provision, support media coverage and for submissions to Parliamentary inquiries.
